• Customer may cancel the booking through customer’s account at any time using the Booking ID generated by bookmyvehicle.com.

Get Me Quote :

• In regard to booking done via “Get Me Quote” option, the cancellation needs to be opted through the cancellation process using the unique booking code per the terms and conditions of bookMyVehicle.com.

Refund Policy :

For Instant and Advance Bookings :

• Any refund towards Instant / Advance booking is processed subject to the terms and conditions of an operator.

For Booking via "GetMeQuote" :

• Refund is processed within 3 to 4 business days.

Refund in cases of vehicle mechanical failure or any damages incurred inside/outside of the tour/travel is processed by the operator. For more information please go through the FAQ for customers.
