Participation is voluntary and any purchase or transaction on the BookMyVehicle.com Platform shall be considered as recognition of these terms and conditions.
These General Offer Terms together with any other particular conditions offered by BookMyVehicle.com from moment to moment shall represent the entire agreement
between BookMyVehicle.com and user & these General Offer Terms shall surpass any other particular terms offered in the case of a dispute unless
particular conditions are expressly superseded by these General Offer Terms.
1. The offer is valid ONLY on BookMyVehicle.com Portal & Mobile Application and can be availed on cab Services and shall not be applicable
to other services rendered by BookMyVehicle.com unless the offer is deemed for.
2. Taxi / Travel services ("Services") supplied by third parties on the BookMyVehicle.com Portal / mobile application ("BookMyVehicle Platform")
are the obligation of the third party offering the Services, and all claims against the third party ("Service Provider") offering the service to which the bid relates shall be made.
3. Offers shall not be combined as a substance of BookMyVehicle.com policy with other Offers
4. You will not be eligible to participate in this Offer if during the Offer Period you are vetoed from using BookMyVehicle.com facilities.
BookMyVehicle.com reserves the right to disqualify any user from the Campaign / Offer advantages if any fraudulent activity is recognized as being performed by the user
for the purpose of using the Campaign / Offer advantages or otherwise using the service.
5. BookMyVehicle.com disowns all warranties, circumstances or statements, whether express, implied or legal, including, without limitation,
implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, quality and/or fitness for the products or services included in this Offer, the Services or for any other purpose.
6. Limits:
a) Pictures of Services shown in the message sent to the user by mail or advertised on the BookMyVehicle.com website or other websites
are for representation purposes only and may not resemble the real Services supplied by the Service Provider concerned. BookMyVehicle.com
shall not be liable to the same under any circumstances.
b) Services provided under this program are subject to accessibility at the appropriate geographical place by the corresponding service provider
and in no situations shall BookMyVehicle.com be responsible for the no availability of any of the Services.
c) The Offer / Discount provided under this Program will not be resolved or exchanged in money or through any means under any circumstances.
d) All responsibility for the Services used rests solely with the Service Provider concerned.
e) BookMyVehicle.com or the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect or speculative or consequential or criminal damages, including,
but not limited to, any loss of use, loss of data and loss of income or profits, regardless of whether the Service Provider has received an advance
notice of any such damages.
f) BookMyVehicle.com may refuse, reject, discontinue, cancel and terminate the Offer at any moment during the Offer Period, at its sole discretion,
without giving users any reason whatsoever and without notice.
g) All disputes shall be settled amicably by a sole conciliator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties in the absence of such a settlement within 30 (Thirty) days.
The arbitration proceedings shall be performed pursuant to the regulations of the Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996, and the arbitration seat shall be Hyderabad, India.
h) Subject to the aforementioned, these General Offer Terms shall be regulated by the legislation of India,
and the judiciary of Hyderabad shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over Telengana.
Payment and billing Terms
The rates charged will not be refundable. However, it will be necessary to return the amounts paid by the Riders when the assumptions provided.
The rates, their updates, and conditions of use will be available at all times on the Application and / or Website and are subject to possible modifications.
The Rider is recommended to periodically access the Application and / or the Website to know the applicable rates at any time. The Rider accepts that in the
periods of greatest demand a variable additional cost will be charged. This additional cost is included in the final price.
At the moment in which the Rider requests the service through the Application and / or Website, he can consult an estimate of said cost together
with the estimated price of the trip (which will include applicable taxes and fees), which will always be displayed that the Rider has included the destination point.
Any discrepancy between that estimated price and the price that is finally charged to the Rider will respond to the modification by the Rider of
the route (and the stops) of the requested route, as well as to the time that the Rider makes the driver wait once he arrives at the Pickup point indicated.
BookMyVehicle.com reserves the right to modify, expand, reduce, establish and / or eliminate any payment method at any time as it deems appropriate for
the proper functioning of the Service, in which case the Rider will be notified of such circumstances. The rates applicable to the Service will be charged
to the Rider at the end of the trip.
BookMyVehicle.com cannot guarantee at all times that the driver has a Price exchange, Please check with the driver beforehand about the availability of change.
Every time the Rider makes the request for a Taxi Service, BookMyVehicle.com reserves the right to request the pre-authorization for the payment of the route
to the payment gateway linked. In no case will said pre-authorization mean the effective payment of the route to be made, since said payment will only
be made once it has been completed. BookMyVehicle.com reserves the right to restrict use and recover the amount of promotions, invitations and discounts
to those Riders who make inappropriate, illicit or abusive use of them, who may be informed of such circumstance.
Inappropriate use shall be understood as any use of the Application and / or Website by the Rider contrary to Law and these General Conditions of Use.
It is strictly forbidden for a Rider to create different BookMyVehicle.com accounts or share an electronic payment method with other Riders in order to
unduly benefit from discounts and invitations, which is considered an abusive use of them. In addition, BookMyVehicle.com reserves the right to cancel or
reduce the value of discounts, invitations and promotions in accordance with the conditions of use, duration and expiration date communicated to the Rider
upon receipt of said promotional actions. Finally, the value of invitations or discounts may be limited to certain categories of vehicles or Service types.
General Terms & Conditions for Online Payments
1. Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services.
2. In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled credit / debit card or net banking purchase transaction(s)
which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider's accounts, if any)
by the acquiring bank or credit / debit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental thereto.
3. Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website,
is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment,
check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
• In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact
the Institute via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by the Institute to confirm payment.
• In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
• However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate
transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Payment Gateway Service Provider No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regards
shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).
4. BookMyVehicle.com and the Payment Service Provider(s) assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the User on account of:
The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway
or Services in connection thereto; and/ or Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
5. The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit / credit card transmitted
over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud that BookMyVehicle.com or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.
6. Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information transmitted by the User,
BookMyVehicle.com does not represent or guarantee that the use of the Services provided by/ through it will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
7. The User will be required to login his/ her own User ID and Password, the User agrees that his/ her User ID and Password are very
important pieces of information and it shall be the User’s own responsibility to keep them secure and confidential. In furtherance hereof, the User agrees to;
• Choose a new password, whenever required for security reasons.
• Keep his/ her User ID & Password strictly confidential.
• Be responsible for any transactions made by User under such User ID and Password.
• Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details
The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that
the User shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof.
The User further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.
The User may pay his/ her fees to the Institute by using a debit/credit card or through online banking account.
The User warrants, agrees and confirms that when he/ she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card / bank details:
The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions;
The User is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate;
The User is authorizing debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the payment of fees selected by such User along with the applicable Fees.
The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment
of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee.
Coupon Terms and Conditions
1. Part of these Terms & Conditions is information on how to participate to apply for coupons. Users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions by participating.
For a coupon to be valid, applicants must comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Each redeemer has the right to one coupon per booking. Coupons are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be paired with any other coupons
or other offers or discounts or promotions that Bookmyvehicle.com offers.
3. Each Coupon is coded and has distinct benefits. The user may choose the required coupon during the booking stage while being bound by the circumstances
associated with the coupon's redemption.
4. To redeem the coupon code user required entering the coupon code into the promotional box in the booking field of the Bookmyvehicle.com websites / apps and
the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase.
If the user fails to enter the coupon code at the time of booking as specified, the booking will not be eligible for the discount.
Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a user booking on the Bookmyvehicle.com websites / apps.
5. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the user by Bookmyvehicle.com.
6. Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted by the user.
7. A coupon cannot be applied to bookings previously placed with Bookmyvehicle.com.
8. If a coupon is used and an entire booking (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is cancelled at a later stage by the user, the coupon will no longer be valid.
9. The coupon is not necessarily valid for all periods of the year.
10. Bookmyvehicle.com accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications.
Bookmyvehicle.com assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss,
damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise,
then Bookmyvehicle.com may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.
11. Bookmyvehicle.com reserves the right at any minute to discontinue a coupon.
Terms of Use – Subscription:
BookMyVehicle.com sets forth the terms of use for Subscription Program & one availing them must abide to the below outlined terms.
Billing
You may buy a paid subscription directly from bookmyvehicle.com or through a third party either by
(1) paying a monthly subscription fee in advance or by any other recurring interval revealed to you prior to buy ; or
(2) pre-payment offering you access to the bookmyvehicle.com service for a particular period of time (' pre-payment period ').
Bookmyvehicle.com may, from time to time, change the price of paid subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees,
the prepaid period (for periods not yet paid), or codes, and communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes.
Changes in prices will take impact at the beginning of the next subscription period after the price change date.
By continuing to access the bookmyvehicle.com service after the price shift takes impact, you accept the fresh price subject to applicable law.
If you do not agree with a change in price, you are entitled to dismiss the change by unsubscribing from the paid subscription before the change in price takes impact.
Cancellation / Refunds
Since your subscription plan is prepaid, your service will be maintained until the billing period is over.
This implies that until your present payment period expires and your subscription plan expires, you will not lose access to any of the features in your subscription plan.
You will not receive a credit or refunds when your subscription plan is prepaid, you will maintain your service until the billing period expires and your subscription plan expires.
